Everything was okay, the pizza was delicious and everything went smoothly when we picked it up and the employee was very friendly.

Super fast delivery. All dishes were still extremely warm and the staff was very nice. Anytime again and can only be recommended.

Only allowed to pick up. Didn't wait long. Delicious. Unfortunately very expensive compared to a pizzeria.

Because of Corona, of course, only bring it or pick it up yourself, but the price is worth it. Great cheese crust, topping and taste. Thumbs up.

Well, little fruit flies at the table, eat like everywhere with this chain. But the little flies weren't that great.

To make it clear. Stay out of there. The pizza doesn't taste good. There are much better ones in town. The taste of the pizza was 0 out of 10 points. The salad 3 out of 10 points. There was a small piece of bread and very little dressing.

Eat good. Service inattentive. It's a shame actually. Is also well attended. But...

Apparently there is no corona here ... Pizza delivery people go in and out without a mask :-( and when asked whether the mask requirement applies to them, you just shake your head when using your mobile phone. IMPOSSIBLE !!!

The service was very friendly and quick. The pizza (large) was marked for 2 people and I only packed half of it. You should pay attention to this as an 8 when ordering. Apart from the size, the pizza tasted very good and was packed when I stopped packing.

Haven't been to Pizza Hut in ages, so we ate here spontaneously. Of course, with not so high expectations, as this is a fast food chain. Well, we got below average food and the price was quite steep. We had the Tuna Rolls as a starter and they were just plain bad. Tuna with some cheese in a tortilla. There was a lack of flavor and the taste was just too bland. We then shared a Cheezy Bites with rocket and the other half with tuna. The taste is also not good in relation to the price. It's a shame, but maybe something will happen on our next visit in 10 years. The only positive things: the food comes quickly and the waiters were quite friendly

Delicious. First time here and not disappointed. Have eaten the classic with cheese: great. You can argue about the ambience, but not about the pizza.

The waiting time for the delivery was so long that I asked myself whether they had to go to Aldi to buy the pizza and put it in the oven. The delivery man was very cheeky; drove to the wrong address & accused me of giving the wrong address, when I said no, he insulted me & threatened the police; then just hung up. When the pizza came it was cold & tasted like someone with his Terliks ​​first walked through a dog and then over the pizza. I don't recommend this restaurant! With not so kind regards, I will never come back

The waitress was very friendly, the menus were passed from one table to the next without disinfecting, food came quickly, prices are really steep, I've already eaten better pizza, too little topping for my taste. Menu very confusing !!

Very tasty and clean. Except for a star deduction due to nicotine from outside, the smoke comes in directly in the rooms. If you sit near the window (also with the children), it can be very annoying.

Only stayed here and wanted a quick pizza. We were offered delicious pizza and friendly service. If we are close again, we will definitely come back again.

The pizzas are awesome here! The service quick and courteous, friendly. We spent a very nice evening there and can recommend this restaurant.

In comparison a year ago I have to say that Pizza Hut Trier is now excellent. Our meal came to the table within 15 minutes and that with a full house. The staff is very friendly and even knows when the customer needs what. The food is top notch. The operator immediately recognizes when the customer is ready and responds to further requests. Please continue! A great teamwork in this restaurant.

A very nice place. Prices are a bit high but the service is good and the staff are nice. There is free WiFi and W.C. at the first floor. Pizzas with all options available! And they won't bring the receipt to you, you need to go to the counter to pay.. overall nice food and nice people!

It was OK place to eat, pica was nice but they were understaffed, so waiting time was a bit long. I liked the pizza slice window where you can buy slice of pizza to go.

Very nice place, family friendly as all other PizzaHut places. Although we don't speak German, the staff does and were friendly and helpful to guide us through the menu. I was there with my son and as soon as we sat at the table, they brought a colouring poster. I definitely recommend it!

American Pizza sometimes this is in need.

Great place and greasy fat pizza's (thats positive). Nobody was able to finish their pizza but youre allowed to take the leftovers with you so thats very nice. Reasonably priced too. The only remark that I have is that it was clear that none of the staff really wanted to be there.

Drinks came right away but... pizza!? 12:40 order given, 13:10 still nothing... After 40 mins. our order arrived. They said they had a problem with ordering system. They should have informed earlier. In order to excuse, they take out our drinks off the Rechnung. I'm changing my 1 star to 3 star.

Pasta was not fresh ... Bruschetta bread was soggy n warmed up in microwave most likely... The drinks glasses were unclean and had to be changed

Pizza is very delicious and the crust isn't crunchy but the pizza is a little small

They keep forgetting things when the order is relatively big. Food is fine and it's clean.
